The MNP (Mobile Number Portability) service allows you to change your telecom operator while retaining your mobile number.

How much does the number porting service cost?

The service fee is 0 UZS to 70 000 UZS.

From 02.04.2026. to 30.06.2026, the service cost 0 UZS when porting a mobile number from any mobile operator to the Mobiuz network.
This promotion applies when subscribing to the Xotirjam 100, Orzu 110, Orzu 150, or Mobi 150 Yillik tariffs.
In the event of contract termination or porting the subscriber number to another operator before the expiration of 12 months from the date of switching to the Mobiuz network for 0 UZS, the MNP service fee of 70 000 UZS will be charged.
(From January 15 to February 19, 2026, the fee for porting a subscriber number from any mobile operator to the Mobiuz network was 0 UZS. If the Agreement is terminated or the subscriber number is ported to another operator in 12 months from the date of migration to the Mobiuz network for 0 UZS, the MNP service fee of 70 000 UZS will be charged)

How long does the mobile number porting process take?

If all conditions are met, the number porting process will take a few minutes from the moment you submit your application.

Are there any special conditions without which the number will not be transferred?

Only restrictions on the part of the old operator (donor), such as a debt to him, a number purchased under certain conditions (Beautiful number), which is not fully paid for or is on rent/installment plan, personal data that does not match or other obligations that do not provide the opportunity to switch from this number to another operator. And also, if 30 days have not passed since the previous number transfer.
